More often than not buying a house can be at times stressful, and sometimes even an overwhelming task. That is why Trinity Home Inspections exists. To not only serve you but, make certain that your home inspection experience is the easiest, most enjoyable part of your journey in closing. 

During the Inspection

You are not only allowed, but are strongly encouraged to be present and follow along at the time of your inspection. This enables you to get the best look at your future investment. The inspection includes everything you might be currently familiar with about a house; siding, roofing, appliances, AC/Heat, etc.  It also includes many other items you may not be familiar with, such as proper wiring at service connections and branch circuits, structural integrity under that "new" roof, proper ventilation, outside grading, proper safety shut-offs and hazards,  and many other components our professional home inspector can point out to you. Each inspection varies in time, ranging frequently from 3-4 hours depending on the individual property. After which you will be supplied with a clear, easy to read inspection report that you will receive normally the same day, but always within 24 hours. It is our goal that by the end of our time together during the inspection, you can walk away confident knowing your prospective home inside and out with all of your questions answered.

Buyers Inspection

 If you're buying a new home an Inspection by a licensed home inspector is the BEST way to know exactly what you're buying, giving you piece of mind and possible bargaining leverage in your contract.

Pre-Listing Inspection

 Do you want your home to be sold fast and for top dollar? A pre-listing inspection is a great opportunity to have the property inspected. Giving the prospective buyer up front assurance in the property and, giving you the knowledge of possible areas needing attention to provide a truly "move in ready" home.

New Construction Inspection
